The cottage is a 200 year old attractive and recently decorated period stone cottage conveniently located for Moreton-in-Marsh amenities whilst retaining a quiet and peaceful village location to the North of the Cotswolds.
Moreton-in-Marsh itself is a conservation area, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and provides an ideal base for access to many attractions in surrounding areas.

Accommodation
The cottage consists of sitting room with dining area and a lovely log burning stove (and under-stairs storage) leading to a kitchen and on to a pretty, South facing patio garden with outdoor furniture provided.
Stairs lead from the sitting room to a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor (with shower and Bath) with a further staircase leading to a spacious bedroom providing flexible sleeping arrangements (twin or super-king bed, Just ask and we will try to sort it for you)

Facilities
The cottage retains a number of period features and offers a cosy atmosphere for summer and winter breaks. Providing comfortable and well appointed accommodation including:
Wood-burning stove, T.V.with freeview, DVD, video and CD player.
Washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, cooker, Microwave and hob with more than adequate storage and a wide range of kitchen utensils. There is also an Iron and Ironing board. If there is anything else you require for your stay - please ask, we will do our best to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The bedroom accommodation is simple but very stylish offering comfort and plenty of storage for clothing.
